General Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection of returned items takes 3–7 business days after we receive them.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos or video proof.
3. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
We cover all shipping costs for defective/incorrect items.

Non-returnable Items
Underwear and shapewear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Swimwear without hygiene sticker or missing tags is non-returnable.
Cosmetic products (if applicable).

How to Request a Return
Please include:
your order number,
name used on the order,
reason for return,
photos if required.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
Please include your tracking number when you send your return - we'll need it to process your refund. Please note that international return shipments may take several weeks to arrive at our warehouse, depending on carrier and customs processing.
